Pipeline Site Intrusion (Williams Pipeline Co.Z <br />The County Board at its March 11 meeting went on record as <br />opposing the granting of a permanent easement to the Pipeline <br />Company and authorized the Parks and Recreation Department to <br />revise the plans for the beach parking lot so that adequate <br />parking can be provided without requiring any alteration of <br />the existing pipeline. It is the intent of the County Board <br />that the easement not be renewed after it expries in 1997. <br />C. Beach Refectory Building <br />The Contractor has postponed construction until warm weather <br />(approximately mid-April) is prevalent so that finishing the <br />interior.of the building can be started under proper conditions. <br />The Metropolitan Council at its March 2B meeting approved the <br />grant contract amendment for the purpose of funding lockers <br />and food concession equipment for the building. <br />D. Site Development <br />On March 18, Arcon Construction Company resumed installation of <br />sanitary sewer and watermain within the Butcher's Spur easement. <br />
