Excerpt from Park Board Mintues (Continued) Page 4 <br />Johnson said it will only be 18" deep. <br />Carlson. thought it could become a liability concern. <br />Midness fmlt it was safer to always. have water sand treat <br />it as a pond,. than if there was only water there Qccasionally. <br />Carlson agreed that the enticement wouldn't be there if the water <br />was always there. <br />Van Hatten felt something needed to be done to satisfy the <br />residents regarding the 3rd Ave. closing. <br />Olson felt closing 3rd Ave. enhanced the plan. <br />Kalina wondered if <br />the bad soil. The <br />also a concern.
