Premises. These grants of rights and license shall be for the • <br />period from May 15 through September 15, both inclusive in each <br />year from May 15, 1986 through September 15, 1989. <br />Section 2. Facilities. <br />2.01. The County shall construct or provide a fenced-in <br />beach area including, but not limited to: security fence, anchors <br />and perimeter buoyed lines, docks, maintenance and lifeguard <br />boat, and sand blanket (hereinafter "Beach Facilities"). The <br />County will replenish the sand blanket from time to time as <br />necessary and will replace or repair other Beach Facilities in <br />the case of damage or destruction by fire, windstrom, ice, <br />vandalism, flooding, erosion or other catastrophic loss which is <br />not caused by negligence of agents or employees of the City. The <br />City shall be responsible for routine maintenance and upkeep of • <br />the Beach Facilities .including seasonal removal of docks and <br />perimeter buoyed lines. For purposes of this Agreement, routine <br />maintenance shall not include repair or replacement of facilities <br />or equipment when repair becomes commercially unreasonable. The <br />City shall fertilize, mow and maintain the grass and remove trash <br />and debris from the Premises. <br />2.02. The City shall furnish and maintain lifesaving and <br />first .aid equipment and supplies and an additional boat for <br />lifeguards and maintenance. <br />2.03. The County shall construct or provide a concession <br />and beach building and .shall provide equipment, .fixtures and <br />furnishings as listed on the attached Exhibit Two which is hereby • <br />made a part hereof (hereinafter referred to as the "Concession <br />2 <br />
