THIS AGREEMENT made this day of _, 1987, by and <br />between Ditzler & Cadwallader, a Minnesota partnership, herein- <br />after referred to as the "Licensor" and the City of New Brighton,:. <br />a political subdivision of the state of Minnesota, hereinafter: <br />referred to as the "Licensee": <br />WITNESSETH <br />WHEREAS, Licensor is the owner of real property located in <br />the County of Ramsey and legally described as follows, to-wit: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Silver `Hills <br />hereinafter referred to as the "Subject Property" as well as Lot <br />2, Block 1 of Silver dills; and <br />WHEREAS, located on the Subject Property are .two tennis <br />courts which Licensee has been licensed to use by License Agree- <br />meet by and between Licensee and Licensor dated-March .1980;-and <br />WHEREAS, Licensee .desires to make use of a portion of the <br />Subject Property for improvements for public parking; and <br />WHEREAS,.Licensor`is willing to make the Subject. Property <br />available to Licensee on the terms and conditions hereinafter <br />..,, provided; <br />NOW,.. THEREFORE., in consideration of One Dollar. and other <br />good and valuable .consideration, the receipt and- adequacy of <br />.which are hereby acknowledged, and in further consideration of <br />-the mutual covenants hereinafter provided, the parties agree-as <br />follows: <br />
