1. Licensor hereby .:grants to Licensee. the right .and privilege. <br />- to enter upon the Subject Property and use that portion of <br />the Subject Property generally located north of the tennis <br />courts in a previously blacktopped area for pub is parking <br />of four- cars.. Licensee may enter the Subject .Property,.. <br />regrade the urea of the parking lot as shown.. on the site <br />-plan which is attached hereto as Attachment One and hereby <br />made a part hereof, generally to its original grade and <br />f.raprove+ operate and maintain a controlled access, four-car <br />public parking lot,. all in accordance with Attachment One. <br />The Licensee shall erect and maintain signs regulating the <br />use of the parking lot and shall maintain the parking lot. <br />'and the Subject Property in accordance with normal City <br />maintenance standards .applicable to other similar facilities <br />- operated: in the City. Licensee shall also have -the <br />.right-of-access .through Lot 2, Block 1, .Silver Hills to the <br />parking lot shown on Attachment One. This grant of <br />right-of-access-to~ the Subject. Project through Lot 2, Block <br />1 shall not, however, include the right of Licensee, its <br />agents, employees, invites,, or the public to park vehicles <br />on Lot 2,- Block 1: <br />2. This License is given to Licensee as an accommodation to <br />Licensee and it shall be rent free. Licensee hereby <br />acknowledges the title of the Licensor to the Subject <br />Property and the tennis courts thereon, and agrees never to <br />..sell, .resist or deny such .title. <br />2 <br />
