Call to Order <br />II. <br />III. <br />IV. <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:30pm by acting chair Eichers. <br />Roll Call <br />Members present: Eichers, Heinrich, Kinzie, Ocel, Kim Sykes <br />(*Kim is Chris' wife) <br />Members absent: Cazlson, Knuth, Olson, Trevorrow <br />NO OUORUM. MOTIONS IN THESE 112INUTES ARE NOT OFFICIAL. <br />Minutes of July 13, 1994 <br />MOTION BY HEINRICH, SECONDED BY IQNNZIE, TO APPROVE THE <br />JULY 13, 199411IlNUTFS AS SUBMITTED. MOTION CARRIED. <br />Correspondence <br />A. Council Report <br />1 <br />Anderson gave report for Council Rep Williams who was absent. The <br />Senior Center will probably have action within a year. The downtown <br />azea is coming along nicely. Rottlund Homes will probably be starting <br />development in the spring of 1995. Medical Devices will be moving <br />on Old 8 and Highway 96. Innsbruck Pazk is 1/2 graded and the black <br />dirt on. Trails will go in in 2-3 weeks. Seeding will be done in <br />August. Trees will go in late August and September. Next year the <br />pazking lot and play area will go in. After that the hard court and <br />gazebo will go in. <br />B. Multi City Senior Center <br />Anderson said that Spring Lake Pazk has dropped out of the senior <br />center project. <br />An inquiry was made about the possibility of the Clubhouse site being <br />the new senior center. Anderson said it is no longer a possibility for <br />the senior center, however the clubhouse will either be renovated or <br />torn down in the next few years. We would create more parking.. <br />C. Family Service Center <br />Anderson said we aze 6 weeks ahead of schedule. There is a small <br />contingency but as of this time we have not had to tap into it. <br />
