Streetldriveway crossings: railroad right-of--way - 3 streets, no driveways; <br />Stinson/Mississippi - 11 streets, 38 driveways; <br />County Road H/Long Lake Road - 10 streets, 39 driveways <br />(Note: The streetldriveway crossings are one side only.) <br />3.) The existing residential development in the area of any of the alternatives was in place in <br />1980. <br />4.) Ramsey County has expended $62,b59 in acquiring the trail right-of--way and $34,058 for <br />planning, surveying. and engineering, for a total cost of $9b,717. <br />5.) Time Schedule: Receive Bids - Apri120, 1994 <br />Start Construction -June 1, 1994 <br />Completion -Sept. 1, 1994 <br />6.) All adjacent property owners (47) were notified of a meeting on March 30, 1993. The <br />project was explained and questions were answered. Follow-up meetngs were held with <br />individuals in April of 1993 to discuss specific issues regarding their property such as <br />landscaping. Approximately 12 people requested an individual meeting. <br />7.) A continous fence will be installed between the trail and the railroad.
