He added that the budget needs to be evaluated and feels the- - Report 94-022 asphalt trail and westend extension should be delayed. Anderson said t]~e 1994 budget does not allow for tennis court construction; but there would be funding for - the pond's rock material, anorth/south trail with crushed rock base and landscaping. Anderson feels the traffic patterns could be reviewed and a decision could be made ~ ~` later about the asphalt trail and the westend connection. Williams suggested that the trail paving could be coordinated with other paving projects. _" . Bette Johnson feels that crushed limestone is not a good trail material because it becomes very messy during rains. She feels the trail material should be consistent throughout. Williams verified that the westend will retain the grass trail.
