` ~ NEW BRIGHTON PARK BOARD <br />MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 6, 7 993 <br />I. CaN to order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:30pm by Chair Olson. <br />II. .Members present: Carlson, Eichers, Kalina, Kinzie, Olson, Trevorrow <br />members absent: Helgeson, Knuth, Ocel, Council Rep. Williams <br />also present: Residents from Innsbruck 5th Addition <br />III. Minutes of September 1, 1993 <br />Minutes were approved as submitted. <br />1V. Correspondence <br />A. Council Report <br />None <br />B. Multi City Senior Center <br />Anderson stated that Mike Gould has asked for an additional month to <br />find a site for the church. Apiece of land in Spring Lake Park was <br />found that Church Upon the Rock may be able to purchase. A <br />decision on the Multi-City Senior Center will likely be made in <br />December. <br />Olson said there has been some misunderstandings about the Family <br />Service Center and the Senior Center. Info is being put together to <br />explain each item. <br />V. New Business <br />A. Innsbruck 5th Addition Development <br />Anderson went over the plan to update the residents. Once the Park <br />Board approves the plan it will go to the Council (in approximately one <br />month). Anderson told residents if they are not satisfied with the <br />plan, feel free to attend the Council meeting. <br />Anderson said there will be a path off Black Oak Drive. The surfacing <br />could be blacktop or amulti-purpose surface such as crushed <br />limestone. Worried about erosion in some areas; those areas may <br />have to be blacktop. <br />
