BRIGHTON F'F:IDE initiative. <br />- A property owner, yard care standard - serving only as a <br />guideline, not legally enfroceable liE;e the City Code. <br />- Annual clean-up week: (private and public property), organised <br />to culminate in Earthday activities in April. <br />- F;eadi 1 y avai 1 abl e tot; i c waste disposal . <br />- Helpline for yard maintainance (such. as tree and shrub <br />trimming) for incapable family units. <br />- Integrate or include under- this umbrella, other initiatives <br />such as recyling and garbage pickup. <br />- Involve students at all levels through student leadership, <br />administration, and teacher and School Board (e. g. remedial <br />p~.nishment by debris pickup, or mare positively, adopt a park:3. <br />- Appealing, multivenue campaign (for all ages) to discourage <br />littering. <br />- All New Brighton City groups, paid and volunteer, participate <br />meaningfully. <br />- Avenues for citizens to maE;e suggestions throughout the year. <br />- Adopt a (beach, la6;e shore, street, park, playground, etc) <br />program. <br />- Organise much like G-UALITY programs in industry including a <br />NEPf BF:I GHTON FF:I DE Officer, annual NBR objectives by al 1 c i ty <br />groups, a logo, referenced by city management and leadership at <br />every major activity or in every major communication. <br />ICJ.
