Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Heinrich. <br />II. Roll Call <br />Present: Frischman, Greaten, Heinrich, Jaskowiak, Meyer, Samuelson, Toupal, Trevorrow, Staff <br />Liaison Breuer, Recreation Program Manager Tuma, Facility Use Coordinator Balfanz, Office <br />Assistant Olson <br />Absent: Budzynski, Council Liaison Burg <br />III. Minutes of January 3, 2007 <br />Frischman asked that clarity be given to page 2, second paragraph, the last two sentences. The <br />way it is written leads you to believe that the 4 existing parking spaces on the cul-de-sac are <br />currently far resident parking only by permit. This is not the case. <br />Excerpt from the last part of the second paragraph on page 2 reads as follows: "The petition is <br />asking for restricted parking on 12`h Ave between County Road E to the south to and including <br />the cul-de-sac north, with the exception of 4 existing parking spaces on the cul-de-sac. This is for <br />resident parking only, by permit. 13 signatures are on the petition. " <br />The last part of the second paragraph on page 2 will now read: "The petition is asking for <br />restricted parking on 12`h Ave between County Road E to the south to and including the cul-de- <br />sac north, with the exception of 4 existing parking spaces on the cul-de-sac. " <br />MOTION BY FRISCHMAN, SECONDED BY TREVORROW, TO APPROVE THE <br />JANUARY 3, 2007 MINUTES WITH THE CORRECTION STATED, MOTION CARRIED. <br />IV. Correspondence <br />A. Council Report -Council Member Burg <br />Breuer stated Mary Burg was Acting Mayor and at the Neighborhood meeting at <br />Hansen Park. Burg asked Breuer to let the Commission know that if the meeting <br />was not too late, they could still attend the Hansen meeting. There is a blood drive <br />on February 13~` 1-6pm at the Public Safety Center, call 651-288-4100 or go <br />online. The North Metro Horne and Garden Show will be in Blaine at the <br />Schwan's Center an February 24`" from gam-2pm. <br />V. Public Hearing <br />A. None scheduled <br />VI. New Business <br />A. Introduction of new commission members <br />Heinrich asked each new member to introduce themselves and tell a little about <br />themselves.
