<br />-! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 83-145 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (Generally located north of County Road 11011 <br />and west of I-35W. <br /> <br />co <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br />subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the following described property lying westerly: <br />of the westerly right-of-way line of U.S. Interstate Highway' <br />No. 35-W as described in Final Certificate, Document No. : <br />1695522: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point in the south line of Section 32, Town- <br />ship 30, Range 23, according to the United States Government <br />Survey, which point is 703.2 feet west of the southeast <br />corner of said Section 32; running thence north 1100 feet <br />parallel with the east line of said Section 32; thence west <br />268.15 feet parallel with the south line of said Section 32, <br />to the easterly line of the right-of-way of the so-called <br />Minnesota Belt Line Railway and Transfer Company; thence <br />southwesterly along the easterly line of said right-of-way , <br />to the south line of said Section 32; thence east 523.74 feet <br />along the south line of Section 32 to the place of beginning~ <br />containing 10 acres of land; being a part of Lot 2 of so- I <br />called Auditor's Subdivision Number 26, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, reference being made to the plat of said sub- <br />division on file in the office of the Register of Deeds in <br />and for Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />That part of Lot 2, Auditor's Subdivision No. 26, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota lying Westerly and Southerly of the <br />following described line: Beginning at a point on the south <br />line of Section 32, Township 30 North, Range 23 West, <br />distant 677.15 feet west of the Southeast corner of said <br />Section 32; thence run Northeasterly at an angle of · <br />82022153" with said South Section line 1233.54 feet; thence I <br />run Northwesterly at right angles 500 feet and terminating, <br />except the Southerly 1100 feet of said Section 32, and <br />except the Easterly 168 feet thereof; subject to United <br />States Pipe Line tract, said tract being 33 feet in width <br />the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning <br />at a point on the Easterly line of said Section 32, 867.2 <br />feet Southerly of the Northeast corner of the Southeast <br />Quarter of said Section 32; thence South 57 degrees 31 <br />minutes west, 1147.7 feet, more or less, toa point on the <br />Easterly right-of-way line, Minnesota Transfer Railway and <br />there terminating, said point being 1118.0 feet due North <br />of the South line of said Section 32; and <br /> <br />That part of Lot 2, Auditors Subdivision No. 26, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, contained within the following described! <br />tract: Commencing at a point on the south line of Section <br />32, Township 30 North, Range 23 West, distant 677.15 feet <br />west of the southeast corner thereof; thence run northeast- <br />erly at an angle of 82 degrees 22 minutes 53 seconds from <br />said south section line (measured from east to north) for <br />1337.54 feet; thence deflect to the left at an angle of 90 <br />degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds for 168 feet to the point of <br />beginning of the tract to be described; thence deflect to <br />the left at an angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds <br />for 104 feet; thence deflect to the right at an angle of 90 <br />degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds for 250.76 feet, more or less, <br />to an intersection with the easterly right-of-way line of , <br />The Minnesota Transfer Railway Company; thence run north- <br />easterly to the point of beginning. <br />
