<br />-2- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is <br />located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance. <br />approval of that municipality must be obtained before such sub- <br />divisions can be filled, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides <br />for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria <br />can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such criteria <br />has been met. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above <br />described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcell.
