CONSIDERATION OF QUOTES FOR SNOW EQUIPMENT FOR A NEW CITY <br />DUMP TRUCK. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Public Hearings <br /> <br />Sinda had nothing further to add to the staff report concerning <br />a Sunday Liquor Sales License for the New Brighton Eagles Club. <br /> <br />As neither councilmembers nor anyone in the audience had comments <br />or questions, Schmidt moved, seconded by Williams, to CLOSE THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Gunderman, to APPROVE A SUNDAY <br />INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO THE NEW BRIGHTON EAGLES CLUB <br />CONTINGENT UPON PROOF OF INSURANCE AND PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Brandt, to MOVE ITEM VIII-7 (CON- <br />SIDERATION OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY AT 14TH STREET <br />N.E.
