<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />March 11, 1986 <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Brandt, to CONTINUE CONSIDERATION OF <br />VN-244 AND LP-192 UNTIL MARCH 25, 1986. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Anderson had nothing further to add to the staff report concern- <br />ing the planning proposals for Veterans Park and City Hall Land- <br />scaping. <br /> <br />Motion by Gunderman, seconded by Schmidt, to AUTHORIZE STAFF TO <br />CONTRACT WITH DAMON FARBER AND ASSOCIATES TO PERFORM THE SERVICES <br />DETAILED IN ATTACH~1ENTS A AND B FOR A TOTAL OF $5,750.00. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />With regard to the staff report concerning a joint powers agree- <br />ment with the City of Mounds View for an Aquatics Director, <br />Anderson stated the Mounds View City Council approved the Agree- <br />ment for 1986.
