Representative John <br />Dingle from Michigan recently asked about the possible costs of <br />our proposed amendment across the nation. After a heated floor <br />discussion between Vento and Dingle, we lost. Vento states it <br />will now go to conference committee, he has two congressmen he <br />feels will have that put back into the bill. Sinda understands <br />that Senator Mitchell of Maine and possibly Durenberger will be on <br />the conference committee.
