CONSIDERATION OF UPGRADING CITY PLANNER POSITION. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />As councilmembers had no questions and no one from the audience <br />had any comments, Gunderman moved, seconded by Schmidt, to CLOSE <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br /> <br />Motion by Gunderman, seconded by Schmidt, to APPROVE THE PRECINCT <br />CHANGES. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Locke reviewed the staff report concerning a Purchase Agreement <br />the City to purchase property at 784 Fourth Avenue N.W. from <br />Fidelity Bank and Trust Company for $25,000; stated the demoli- <br />tion costs would be approximately $4,500; and the property would <br />be either for expanded parking for fire and city halls, or it <br />could be sold as two single family home lots. <br /> <br />Motion by Williams, seconded by Brandt, to AUTHORIZE THE CITY <br />MANAGER AND THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH <br />FIEDLITY BANK AND TRUST COMPANY FOR THE PROPERTY AT 784 FOURTH <br />AVENUE N.W.
