Louis Park now allows "...food/beverage vehicles... <br />a manually operated bello.." <br /> <br />Council has several options: <br /> <br />1. Retain Section 20-3. <br />2. Amend 20-3 by eliminating "...by ringing a bell..." <br />3. Amend 20-3 by permitting "unamplified projections of <br />sound", the Richfield model. <br />4. Amend 20-3 by permitting food/beverage vehicles to <br />use manually operated bells, the St. Louis Park <br />mode 1 . <br /> <br />I prefer the last option as it is the narrowest, most <br />specific, and therefore the least ambiguous. <br />
