<br />Counci 1 Mi nutes <br />April 23, 1985 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />council's intent to call a special meeting on April 26, 1985. <br /> <br />Benke asked, assuming the agreements are signed and council <br />approves them Friday, the 26th, what the immediate timetable <br />is and what the contact with the residents involved would be. <br /> <br />Winkels advised council that there would be two meetings <br />within the next week with the residents and the appraisers to <br />advise the residents of the council action and to answer <br />their questions. Winkels noted that all offers would be <br />completed by July 1, 1985 and that some would be completed <br />in early May, 1985. <br /> <br />Benke asked if some type of a priority system would be imple- <br />mented; Winkels responded that a priority list would be pre- <br />pared as some residents have found houses or lots and would <br />like their individual situation resolved as soon as possible. <br /> <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Blomquist, to CALL A SPECIAL <br />COUNCIL MEETING ON APRIL 26, 1985, at 5:00 p.m. FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF CONTINUING THIS PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE WATER <br />RIDGE PROJECT. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Janecek noted she does not expect to be in town Friday, the <br />26th of Apri 1 . <br /> <br />5 Ayes ~ 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Counei 1 Busi ness <br /> <br />Krueger reviewed the staff report concerning a request by <br />P. J. W. Automotive for site plan approval for construction <br />of a new building for auto repair and parts sales, noting <br />that both the applicant and the architect were present to <br />answer questions and to show drawings to council. <br /> <br />Benke asked that we coordinate the curb cuts with Ramsey <br />County. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />As the council had no questions, Harcus moved, seconded by <br />Schmidt, to APPROVE LP-175 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDI- <br />TIONS: <br />1. ADDITIONAL LANDSC,lWING BE ADDED BET'~~EEN THE FRONT OF <br />THE BUILDING AND THE PROPOSED SIDWALK. <br />2. THE CURB CUT AND CURB RADIUS BE APPROVED BY RAMSEY <br />COUNTY. <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINOR SUBDIVISION. <br />4.
