<br />Council Minutes <br />June 25. 1985 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Harcus. seconded by Blomquist. to CONTINUE THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSIDERATION OF AN APPLICATION FOR <br />INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS FOR BILL HENNING COMPANY. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes. Motion Carried <br /> <br />Krueger reviewed staff report concerning the preliminary <br />plat approval to be considered for a single family home <br />development at 1252 Silver Lake Road. stating that an <br />existing house would have to be removed from the property <br />either prior to plat approval or at a specified time after <br />final plat approval, Krueger stated. too. that the appli- <br />cant's representative. Greg Du'Monceaux. had not yet arrived, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Blomquist inquired as to what would be a reasonable amount <br />of time after final plat approval to request the house be <br />removed; Krueger indicated three to six.months would be an <br />appropriate period of time. <br /> <br />Benke asked if we could require removal before a Certificate <br />of Occupancy is issued for the first dwelling, Krueger responded <br />her concern is that there have been problems with the house; <br />once we get final plat approval. there is no indication when <br />the developer will begin construction; she understands the <br />owner will attempt to resell the property to a single family <br />developer; how long it takes the property owner to sell the <br />property once it is platted is questionable, it could be <br />very shortly or a couple of years; Krueger has discussed this <br />with Du"Monceaux who was forwarding her comments to the <br />property owner, and she believes Du'Monceaux will be address- <br />those concerns this evening. <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist. seconded by Janecek, to CONTINUE THIS <br />PUBLIC HEARING UNTIL THE APPLICANT'S REPRESENTATIVE ARRIVES, <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Proper stated that yesterday he was notified that the residents <br />on 14th Avenue N,W, do not want parking on their street; <br />the residents of 25th Street N,W. like the parking plan as <br />proposed, He believed residents of both streets were present <br />and indicated the proposed resolution could be amended to post <br />"No Parking" on 25th Street N.W, <br /> <br />Candy Rudolph, 1424 - 25th Street N.W" distributed photographs <br />indicating the parking situations in question, and indicated <br />the residents on 25th Street N.W, would be satisfied with "No <br />Parking"signs on the north side of the street, Rudolph further <br />stated that whatever was decided for the 14th Avenue N,W, <br />residents would be okay with the 25th Street N.W, residents. <br /> <br />page Two <br /> <br />lnnsbruck Estates <br />Report 85-180 <br />7:36pm-7:49pm <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Parking Complaint <br />- 25th St NW and <br />14th Ave NW <br />Report 85-178 <br />
