ON JANUARY 22, 1985, TO HOLD A <br />WORKSESSION TO DISCUSS THE DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT GUIDELINES. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Sinda had nothing to add to the staff report. <br /> <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Benke, to AUTHORIZE THE <br />MAYOR AND THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH <br />LOCAL NO. 17 OF THE HOTEL EMPLOYEES AND RESTAURANT EMPLOYEES <br />UNION FOR BRANDYWINE/PALMER DRIVE. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Sinda had nothing to add to the staff report. <br /> <br />Janecek asked if there had been a discussion with the <br />County as to the possibility that we are going to be re- <br />modeling.
