ON JANUARY 22, 1985, TO HOLD A WORKSESSION TO DISCUSS THE DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT GUIDELINES. 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried Sinda had nothing to add to the staff report. Motion by Harcus, seconded by Benke, to AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH LOCAL NO. 17 OF THE HOTEL EMPLOYEES AND RESTAURANT EMPLOYEES UNION FOR BRANDYWINE/PALMER DRIVE. 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried Sinda had nothing to add to the staff report. Janecek asked if there had been a discussion with the County as to the possibility that we are going to be re- modeling. Sinda responded that they realize the situation we are in, hence the five-year lease. Benke asked if the county would pay for some of the in- terior remodeling; Sinda responded that issue is current- ly being discussed. Motion by Harcus, seconded by Blomquist, to APPROVE A FIVE-YEAR LEASE FOR COURT SPACE WITH RAMSEY COUNTY, SUBJECT TO CITY ATTORNEY'S APPROVAL. 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried In response to Harcus' question, Anderson responded that our newsletter is identical to Mounds View's (content- wise and is printed by the same contractor as ours. Motion by Harcus, seconded by Janecek, to AUTHORIZE STAFF TO CONTRACT WITH ADVANCED PRINTING, LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, FOR PRINTING OF FOUR CITY HALL/RECREATION NEWSLETTERS AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $135 PER PAGE. 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried Announcements and Updates Sinda announced that tomorrow night, January 9, 1985, Barr Engineering would be at the Environmental Quality Commission's regular meeting and all councilmembers were invited to attend.
