HEDLUND'S PROPERTY TO THE CENTER OF THE CREEK. <br />FOR $1.000. WITH FUNDS TO BE TAKEN FROM THE 1985 CIP <br />COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT PROJECT. <br /> <br />Purchase of <br />Property - West <br />of County Ditch <br />#2 (Hedlund) <br />Report 85-85 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Benke stated that the minutes of the Park Board correctly <br />stated that Mr. Hedlund noted the portion of land would not <br />be a detriment to the new home-owner because the land <br />would have no value to that person, yet Mr. Hedlund wants <br />us to pay $3,000 for the land. <br /> <br />Anderson noted that although there would be no value for <br />the home-owner, it would be a $3,000 value to Mr. Hedlund. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried to Deny the Request <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Harcus announced that because all councilmembers were <br />present. action would be taken on the Silver Lake Road <br />Bridge-Windening Project at this time. Harcus reviewed <br />the discussion and comments of the Public Improvement <br />Hearing held earlier for Benke and Blomquist. <br /> <br />With regard to the storm sewer assessment, Blomquist <br />inquired about assessing twice for the same thing; Proper <br />indicated the amount for the storm sewer is minimal and <br />it would be difficult to separate those costs from the <br />basic project. <br /> <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Blomquist, to APPROVE A <br />RESOLTUION AUTHORIZING THE SILVER LAKE ROAD BRIDGE- <br />WIDENING PROJECT. <br /> <br />Sil ver Lake Road <br />Bridge-Widening <br />Project (#85-4) <br />Report 85-77 <br />Resolution 85-30A <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carded <br />
