Krueger added a fourth condition <br />to the staff report: Subject to approval of the Development <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Ken Piper, architect, and Bill Henning, representative of <br />Proto Manufacturing, presented plan to council. Piper indi- <br />cated there would be 118 parking stalls for 100-120 <br />employees working two shifts; landscaping allows for vege- <br />tation in front of the building; showed examples of facia <br />and tinted glass. <br /> <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Blomquist, to RECOMMEND <br />APPROVAL OF LP-174 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF MINOR SUBDIVISION. <br />2. APPROVAL OF FINAL GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLANS BY <br />RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT AND THE CITY ENGINEER. <br />3. APPROVAL OF CURB CUTS BY RAMSEY COUNTY AND THE CITY <br />PLANNER. <br />4. SUBJECT TO SITE, LANDSCAPE. AND BUILDING PLANS AS <br />SUBMITTED AND SIGNED BY THE APPLICANT AND THE CITY <br />PLANNER. <br />5.
