Schmidt asked Sjodin about the timetable. Sjodin indicated they were pretty much set to go and any delay would cause difficulty. Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Benke, TO WAIVE THE READING AND ADOPT THE RESOLUTION MAKING THE FINDINGS OF FACT STATED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION WITH THE CONCLUSION THAT THE APPLICATION FOR VN-231 IS APPROVED. Janecek asked for clarification of the setback and the neighbor's backyard, asking why the house couldn't be slightly moved back. Ninkels further indicated that all recent changes would be on map (rezoning, street name changes). Krueger stated that all areas would be assumed to be Rl unless outlined and designated on the black and white Ep to indicate different zoning. Motion by Janecek, seconded by Blomquist, to ADOPT A NEW OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON WHICH SHALL BE ADOPTED AND IDENTIFIED BY THE SIGNATURES OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY MANAGER.
