Public Hearing date for preliminary planned residential <br />development and preliminary plat approval for a ten-unit <br />single family zero lot line housing project - Robin Wood/ <br />James Send en (PRD-31, PL-139) <br /> <br />Publ ic Hearings <br /> <br />James Winkels, Director of Community Development, through the <br />use of slides, explained the procedure for modification of <br />Development District #1 and Tax Increment District #5. <br />Mr. Winkels further stated that the three parcels proposed to <br />be included are as follows: <br /> <br />1. Parcel North of Highway 96, East of Old Highway #8 <br />(presently being developed by Thermo King); <br />2. Parcel SE corner of 5th Street (County Road IE-2") and <br />5th Avenue NW; and <br />3.
