Seconded by Benke. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Krueger stated that #2 under conditions has been conpleted and that <br />a condition should be added stating approval of the Development <br />Agreement between the City and Print Craft. <br /> <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Benke,to approve LP-162 subject to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Approval of Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />2. Conformance with the building plans as submitted and signed <br />by the applicant and City Planner. <br />3. Vacation of 3rd Street right-of- way; and <br />4. Subject to the Development Agreement between the City and <br />Print Craft being approved. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Benke,to set a public hearing date for <br />August 14, 1984 to consider vacation of a portion of 3rd Street NW. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />The City Engineer briefed the Council and residents in attendance <br />regarding uniform traffic control devices. With recent traffic <br />counts and speed checks the stop signs are still not warranted. <br /> <br />Eugene Joyce, 640 12th Avenue NW, questioned why the parking lot <br />at Hansen Park could not be closed.
