<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />~ Council Meeting <br />July 24, 1984 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Mr. Joyce stated further that one thing that would help is a parking <br />lot for Hansen Park on the south end of the park. <br /> <br />Councilmember Janecek stated that at a recent Park Board meeting the <br />subject of a parking lot on the south side of Hansen Park was <br />discussed. <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Benke, to direct staff to begin <br />scheduling of the following: <br /> <br />1. Schedule construction of parking lot on South end of <br />Hansen Pa rk; <br />2. Relay warnings to the various ball teams, etc., who <br />use Hansen Park, through the Park & Recreation Department; <br />3. Prepare traffic plan for the area; <br />4. Prepare traffic plan for parks in neighborhoods; and <br />5. Distribute previous traffic study on stop signs. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Krueger stated that she has nothing further to add to the report. <br />She introduced Ted Bigos owner of Silver Lake Estates~ <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Janecek, to approve LP-163 subject <br />to: <br /> <br />1. Submission of a current certificate of survey. <br />2. Conformance with the building plans as submitted and signed <br />by the applicant and City Planner. <br />3. Submission of a completed landscape plan. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Benke,to adopt a RESOLUTION MAKING <br />FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING NON-CONFORMING USE PERMIT, NC-63 to <br />allow reconstruction'of Silver Lake Estates. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Krueger presented the Council with a letter from Tom Boyce, <br />Project Manager, Centex Homes.
