They are concerned about the <br />bem between the properties, would like to see the major <br />trees remain and would like the berm to be like the current <br />landscaping; would like a minimum size of the house; and <br />would like to be assured that the association, through the <br />Covenants and Declarations, will take care of shrubs and <br />property. He indicated he would like to have these concerns <br />addressed through all stages of planning. <br /> <br />Harcus indicated that tonight the council will vote on the <br />concept, which includes the landscaping. <br />
