Senden stated the need for the variance <br />is because of the soil, the parcel size and shape. <br /> <br />Blomquist inquired about the construction schedule. Senden <br />responded that plans are out to bid for Phase I (hopefully <br />they will be in the ground early in October), and there is not <br />a firm schedule for Phase II (may be spring of 1985 or perhaps <br />not until 1986) as they have to deal with the sewer and water. <br /> <br />Janecek asked about if additi ona 1 ri ght-of-way on E2 was in <br />addition to the paved road. and asked the relationship of the <br />nearest house to the project; Senden clarified both items. <br />
