<br />I <br /> <br />City of New Brighton <br />October 25, 1983 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />The City Planner reviewed the staff report <br />regarding the Stony Lake Office Park sign <br />plan. <br /> <br />Ms. Marla Ordway, developer, was present to <br />answer questions. <br /> <br />Councilmember Janecek questioned whether individual <br />tenants would be listed on the street sign. <br /> <br />Ms. Ordway responded that they would not be <br />listed individually. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schmidt stated that it made it through <br />the Planning Commission without any problems, which <br />was a recommendation in itself for approval. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Blomquist to waive <br />the reading and adopt a RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS <br />OF FACT AND APPROVING SF-117 <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />The City Planner reviewed the staff report <br />regarding the Stony Lake Office Park request for <br />a special use permit to allow for an eight foot <br />fence instead of the required maximum height of <br />six feet. <br /> <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Benke to waive <br />the reading and adopt a RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS <br />OF FACT AND APPROVING SPECIAL USE PERMIT, SP-116, <br />with the correction on #1 under BE IT FURTHER. <br />RESOLVED, to read "the west wall of the southwest <br />office building". <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />The City Planner reviewed the staff report <br />concerning a petition submitted by property owners <br />in Innsbruck North-New Brighton 3rd Addition, <br />requesting a change of name for 14th St. N.W. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Ray McCulloch, co-developer with Keith Harstad, <br />of the development, stated that this change of <br />street name would eliminate the problem the Fire <br />Department has with Innsbruck Terrace.
