City Planner indicated that the <br />correct word should be All. <br /> <br />Zoning Code Amend- <br />ments, Manufactured <br />Housing <br />Report #84-7 <br /> <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Schmidt to waive the reading <br />and hold the first reading on an ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />SECTION 2-465, SECTION 4-010, AND SECTION 4-460 OF THE NEW <br />BRIGHTON ZONING CODE pertaining to manufactured housing as <br />previously amended. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />City Planner reviewed the staff report regarding"code <br />amendments concerning Public Notification Requirements <br />and noted the following changes to be made to the pro- <br />posed ordinance: Section IIb IIwithin 600 feetll should <br />be added after the word IIpropertyll in the sixth line, and <br />lIafterll should be changed to II before II in the ninth line; <br />Section VI should read 1126-7" rather than 1136-7.11 <br /> <br />Code Amendments <br />Public Notification <br />Requirements <br />Report #84-8 <br /> <br />Motion by Bvomquist, seconded by Janecek to waive the <br />reading and hold the first reading on an ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTION 7-030, SECTION 7-080, SECTION 8-320, <br />SECTION 8-330, SECTION 8-620, SECTION 26-7 AND SECTION <br />26-24 OF THE NEW BRIGHTON CITY CODE pertaining to public <br />notification requirements. <br /> <br />Benke stated the proposed changes go a long way towards <br />addressing some concerns that generated the need <br />to look at the Notification Requirements, but expressed <br />concerns that the requirements of 350 feet and 600 feet <br />may not address some unique circumstances. Can look to <br />staff to look beyond the 600 feet in all cases that are <br />necessary to include people beyond the 600 feet. <br /> <br />Schmidt mentioned that the terms of the rezonings will <br />be taken care of by postings. <br /> <br />Director of Community Development mentioned that there <br />is still public notification in the paper, as is the <br />agenda for Council Meetings.
