James <br />Day - Report#83-98 <br /> <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Janecek, to <br />grant special permission to construct a home on <br />Lots 14 and 15, Block 7, West End Annex with a <br />30 foot front yard setback on 17th Avenue N.W. <br />and a 15 foot setback on 14th Street N.W. sub- <br />ject to the condition that access to the property <br />be from 17th Avenue N.W. only. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />The City Engineer reviewed the staff report <br />and proposed resolution concerning <br />opposition to the proposed Fridley Hazardous <br />Waste Processing Site. <br /> <br />City of Fridley <br />Hazardous Waste <br />Processing Site <br />Report #83-100 <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Schmidt <br />to refer the issue to the Environmental <br />Quality Commission for a recommendation and <br />comments on the whole siting issue. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Councilmember Benke requested staff to find <br />out where the other proposed hazardous waste <br />processing sites are located. <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Casserly reviewed the proposed <br />amendments to the Development Agreement <br />between S.R. Building Co. and the <br />City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />Amended <br />Development Agreement <br />& Site Prepaxation <br />Agreement, New <br />Brighton Medical <br />Clinic, Report#83-99 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Art Braun, of the New Brighton medical <br />clinic also reviewed the proposed changes. <br /> <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Blomquist to <br />direct staff to prepare 'the appropriate <br />amendments. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes - motion carried <br />
