There was no one present at the public hearing who spoke to proposed project 82-12. Motion by Harcus seconded by Janecek to close the public hearing. 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes - motion carried Project #82-12 8th St. N.W. Reconstruction 7:33-7:35 p.m. RESOLUTION #83-71 I Motion by Benke, seconded by Blomquist to waive the reading and adopt the RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PROPOSED RECONSTRUCTION OF 8th STREET N.W. BETWEEN 5TH AVENUE AND 8TH AVENUE N.W., PROJECT 82-12. 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes - motion carried The Director of Community Development reviewed the staff recommendation. There was no one present at the public hearing who spoke in regard to the vacation of surplus right of way of Lake Diane Court or regarding vacation of various street and utility easements within the proposed Silver Oaks 6th Addition plat.
