Conformance with all conditions of Council Resolu- <br />tion #82-22 which includes final approval of grading <br />and drainage plans by the Rice Creek Watershed Dis- <br />trict, approval by the City Attorney of the covenants, <br />and declarations, and approval of the vacation of <br />Clover Lane by City Council; <br /> <br />2. Conformance with site, landscape and bUilding plans <br />submitted, signed and dated by the applicant and <br />City Planner; <br /> <br />3. Conformance with final plat, PL-134; and <br /> <br />4. That the applicant include the location of fire <br />hydrants on the plans and secure approval of those <br />locations from the City Engineer. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />The Director of Community Development reviewed <br />the staff report regarding the site plan for <br />the New Brighton Historical Society Train Depot. <br /> <br />Mr. Gayle Bromander from the New Brighton <br />Historical Society was present and stated that <br />the time table for securing a permanent location <br />for the train depot is tight. He further stated <br />that the depot must be out of the Pole Yards by <br />September 30, and if the City saw-any problems <br />with this proposed location they must let him <br />know so that they could be resolved. <br /> <br />Mayor Harcus questioned whether the terms of the <br />lease were acceptable to the Historical Society. <br /> <br />Mr. Bromander stated they were except for some <br />necessary protection for the City in case some- <br />thing happens to the Historical Society. <br /> <br />The City Attorney stated he felt there would be <br />no legal problems incurred. <br /> <br />No further action was taken at this time. <br /> <br />The Director of Community Development reviewed <br />the staff report regarding an application for <br />Industrial Revenue Bond~tax exempt mortgage) in <br />regard to the proposed second floor addition <br />to the First State Bank of New Brighton build- <br />ing. <br /> <br />Mr. James Casserly of O'Connor and Hannan was <br />present to answer questions. <br /> <br />Discussion of Permn. <br />Location of New <br />Brighton Historical <br />Society Train Depot <br />Report #83-219 <br /> <br />Application for <br />Industrial Revenue <br />Bonds-Sahara Invest. <br />Company-Report #83- <br />223 <br />
