Police and fire calIs that are counted in determining whether a provisional license i~ <br />required include the following tvoes of calls or events: i <br /> <br />ill calls or events listed in Sec. 13-163 <br /> <br />ili.l calls or events catel!orized as part one crimes in the Uniform Crime Reportin~ <br />System. includinl! homicide. rape, robbery. aggravated assault. burglary. theft~ <br />auto theft and arson <br /> <br />om calls or events categorized bv the police departments: miscellaneous iuvenilq <br />status crimes. liquor offenses or curfew violations: disturbinl! the peace o~ <br />harassing communications: property dama~e: criminal damal!e to property o~ <br />trespass: domestic incidents: fire alarms: public disturbance or disorderl'l <br />conduct: loud party or noise complaints: disorderly iuveniles: assault in th~ <br />fifth de ree or non-domestic related assaults. The Director of Public Safet <br />shall maintain for ublic ins ection a descri tion of the codin s stem and <br />list of the codes and crimes included within each of these cate orie <br />of calls or events. <br /> <br />(iv) The Director of Public Safety may determine that multiple incidents shall be <br />counted as a sinl!le call in appropriate cases. ' <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Calls will not be counted for purposes of determininl! whether a provisionallicensl1 <br />is re uired where the victim and sus ect are "Famil or household members" a' <br />defined in the Domestic Abuse Act Minnesota Statutes Section 518B.Ol Subd. <br />(b) and where. there is a report of "pomestic Abuse" as defined in the Domesti~ <br />Abuse Act.
