The mitil!ation plan may include such steps as: changes in <br />tenant screening procedures. changes in lease terms. security measures. rules and rel!ulations <br />for tenant conduct. and security personnel. <br /> <br />The application with a proposed mitigation plan will be presented to the City Council <br />together with a recommendation by the City Manal!er or the Manal!er's desil!nee as to the <br />disposition thereof. After giving the applicant an opportunity to be heard and present <br />evidence. the Council shall approve. disapprove. or approve with conditions the application <br />and the mitil!ation plan. If the Council disapproves an application and mitil!ation plan or <br />approves it with conditions. it shall state its reasons for so doinl! in writinl!. <br /> <br />ill <br /> <br />The licensee shall comply with the mitil!ation plan as approved or modified bv the Council. <br />No later than the tenth day after each calendar month. the licensee shall mail or deliver to the <br />New Bril!hton Director of Public Safety a written report describing all steps taken in <br />furtherance of the mitilZ:ation plan durinl! the preceding month. <br /> <br />Section 14.
