Subject to approval of the City Council, buildings setbacks may be decreased in front <br />yards, if pedestrian linkages to Long Lake Regional Park and neighboring developments <br />for residents, employees, and shoppers is provided along with an approved streetscape <br />plan. <br /> <br />D. Where a single site or mixed-use residential development abuts a non-residential use, a fifteen <br />(15) foot wide strip of green area consisting of plantings, berming and/or other types of <br />landscaping treatments shall be provided on the residential sites to buffer the residential uses. <br /> <br />E.
