Fences: Fences satisfying special uses standards found in Section 6-550 and Section 8-130. <br /> <br />Section 6-550 <br /> <br />MX District Special Use Permit Standards <br /> <br />1. All buildings that are located on sites adjacent to Long Lake Regional Park shall take <br />advantage of the views to Long Lake and shall provide site improvements that <br />compliment the natural features of Long Lake Regional Park. <br /> <br />2. All developments shall provide pedestrian linkages to Long Lake Regional Park and <br />neighboring developments for residents, employees, and shoppers, and provide integrated <br />parking and transit elements whenever practical. <br /> <br />3. All uses shall be complementary or integrated and buildings shall be related or connected <br />in accordance with the Vision of the adopted Highway 8 Corridor Study. <br /> <br />4. All buildings and building sites shall be so designed as to encourage social interchange <br />and a sense of community and shall provide sufficient residential amenities and be so <br />designed as to mitigate any adverse impacts of business and industrial uses on residential <br />uses. <br /> <br />Section 6-560 <br /> <br />Site Standards. <br /> <br />The following Site Standards shall apply to all uses allowed within the MX Zoning District: <br /> <br />A. The maximum floor area ratio shall be seventy five (75) percent, except that the area north ofI- <br />694, south of 14th Street NW, east of Highway 8, and west of 1-35W, said area shall have a <br />maximum floor area ratio of one hundred twenty five (125) percent, or for uses authorized under <br />Section 6-540 (E) the maximum floor area ratio shall be one hundred fifty (150) percent. <br /> <br />B. All buildings shall have a height limitation of three (3) stories or forty (40) feet in height, <br />whichever is less. In the area which is located east of Highway 8, south of Highway 96 and north <br />ofI-694, the height may be increased by special use permit. <br /> <br />C. All buildings shall comply with the following setbacks: <br />1. Sixty (60) feet from the boundary of Long Lake Regional Park; and <br />2. Residential Uses: <br />Front Yard 25 feet <br />Side Street Yard 25 feet <br />Side Yard 5 feet <br />Rear Yard 5 feet <br />
