<br />II <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the application is hereby <br />approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the central planting area in the front yard <br />have a berm of 2~ feet in height and that at least <br />six additional plantings be installed. That this <br />planting area be expanded ten feet to the north <br />and ten feet to the south. <br /> <br />2. That the northern driveway be relocated to center <br />on the northern property line to provide access <br />to the property owned by the City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />3. That final driveway width be 32 feet and the <br />radius be approved by the City Engineering <br />Department. <br /> <br />4. That the proposed entire front yard landscaping <br />be extended to align with the amended driveway <br />to the north. <br /> <br />5. That the necessary design studies, financial <br />arrangements and legal agreements be secured <br />and approved by the City Council prior to <br />the installation of the driveways into the <br />liquor store and prior to the realignment of <br />the applicants northernmost driveway. <br /> <br />6. That an agreement or written statement from the <br />owners of the Brighton Village Shopping Center is <br />presented for City record giving the applicant <br />permission for access on the east from the private <br />drive of said Shopping center. <br /> <br />7. That the site work conforms with amended site and <br />landscape plans signed and dated by the applicant <br />and City Planner. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of January, 1980. <br /> <br /> <br />.
