THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NE' BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the New Brlght( Code of Ordinances is amended as follows Section 1. The New Brighton Code is amend. by adding new sections 2-56 through 2-72,2' through 2-82. 2-100 through 2-103.2'1 through 2-112. 2-_120through2-1.25 and 2-1 through 2-134 as follows: ARTICLE IV.
