<br />'. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />..t <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ..fLQJL <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO BUILDING SETBACKS OF <br />SERVICE STATION CANOPIES; AMENDING NEW <br />BRIGHTON CITY CODE SECTIONS 5-240, 5-250, 6-050, <br />AND 6-060 <br /> <br />J7 <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that <br /> <br />Appendix A, the zoning code of the city of New Brighton, is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 5-240 is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 5-240. Uses by special permit, B-3 district. <br /> <br />(a) Amusement center, recreation center, armory, assembly hall, bowling alley, <br />dance hall, pool and billiards, theater, skating rink or other social, sport, or <br />recreation center operated as a business. <br /> <br />(b) Transportation services; bus passenger station or bus terminal. <br /> <br />(c) Mortuaries and funeral homes. <br /> <br />(d) Newsstands. <br /> <br />(e) Motels. <br /> <br />(f) Automobile sales (new or used) . <br /> <br />(g) Research laboratory, radio or television station, telephone exchange or <br />transformer station, provided all buildings and structures except fences and <br />barriers are located not less than fifty (50) feet from a residence district. <br /> <br />(h) Clinic, hospital, sanitarium, convalescent home, rest home, nursing home, <br />orphanage and similar institutions provided that all main buildings are not less than <br />fifty (50) feet from any adjoining premises in a residence district not used for a <br />similar purpose. <br /> <br />(i) Business colleges, private trade schools. <br /> <br />(j) Public or private schools. <br /> <br />(k) Churches. <br /> <br />(1) Parking lot when such use is accessory to a use of another lot separated only <br />by public right of way. <br /> <br />CLL55108 <br />NE136-98 <br />
