<br />-". <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, . <br /> <br />(b) No "on-sale" or "off-sale" liquor license may be transferred to a <br />different location or premises without authorization from the city council. <br /> <br />(c) Any application for the transfer of an "on-sale" or an "off-sale" liquor <br />license to a new owner or to a different location or premises shall contain <br />all the information required for an initial application. <br /> <br />Section 35. Section 4-123 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 4-123. Type of sale restricted. <br /> <br />No "on-sale" licensee shall sell intoxicating liquor "off-saleot and no "off- <br />sale" licensee shall sell intoxicatinfC on liquor "on-sale." <br /> <br />Section 36. Section 4-129 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 4.129. Change in status of licensee. <br /> <br />Changes in the corporate or association officers, corporate charter, articles <br />of incorporation, bylaws or partnership agreement, as the case may be, of a <br />licensee under this division shall be submitted to the city clerk within thirty (30) <br />days after such changes are made. In the case of a corporation, the licensee shall <br />notify the city clerk when a person not listed in the application acquires an interest <br />which, together with that of ftts the applicant's spouse, parent, brother, sister or <br />child, exceeds five (5) percent, and shall give all information about said person as is <br />required of a person pursuant to the provisions of section 4-120. <br /> <br />Section 37. Section 4-130 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 4-130. The notice shall give at least <br />ten (10) days' notice of the time and place of the hearing and shall state the nature <br />of the charges against the licensee. The cotlftcil may, without afty notice, stlspend <br />any liceftse pending a heariftg Oft revocation for a period fl:ot exceeding thirty (39) <br />~ The notice may be served upon the licensee personally or by leaving the <br />same at the licensed premises with the person in charge thereof.
