Service to minors, others. <br /> <br />No intoxicating liquor shall be served to any intoxicated person, to any <br />habitual drunkard, or to any person under RineteeR (19) twenty-one (21) years of <br />age in any private bottle club. <br /> <br />Section 40. Section 4-160 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 4-160. Persons ineligible. <br /> <br />No special use permit required by the provisions of this division shall be <br />granted to or held by any person: <br /> <br />(a) Under ninetecft (19) twenty-one (21} years of age; <br /> <br />(b) Who is not of good moral character or repute; <br /> <br />(c) Who is aft lllieft not a United States citizen or a resident alien; <br /> <br />(d) Who is or has been convicted within teft (19) five (5) years prior to the <br />application for suCh special use permit of any willful violation of any law of <br />the United States or the state or of any local ordinance with regard to the <br />manufacture, sale, distribution, or possession for sale or distribution of <br />intoxicating liquor, nor to any person who has had a liquor license revoked <br />for any willful violation of any such laws or ordinances. <br /> <br />(e) Who is a manufacturer or is interested directly or indirectly in <br />wholesaling of intoxicating liquor or the business or operation of any such <br />business. <br /> <br />(f) Who is directly or indirectly interested in any other private club in <br />the municipality to which a special use permit has been issued under this <br />division. <br /> <br />Section 41. Section 4-162 paragraph (b) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 4-162. Application. <br /> <br />(b) Every application for a special use permit for a private bottle club <br />shall be filed with the city clerk. It shall state the name, aR'e and <br />citizenship of the applicant, his age, representations as to his the applicant's <br />character, with references as may be required, hi! eitizeftship, his the <br />applicant's connection with the private bottle club and any other related <br />business, the exact location of the club, and such other information as the <br />council may require from time to time. No person shall make a false <br />statement in an application. <br /> <br />Section 42. Section 4-165 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 4-165. Insurance, bond. <br /> <br />Each application for a special use permit for a private bottle club shall be <br />accompanied by tl study bond, aftd a liability insurance policy.
