Section 4-174 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Every permittee under this division shall be responsible for the conduct of <br />his the permittee's business and the conditions of sobriety and order in it. The act <br />of any employee on the premises authorized to serve intoxicating liquor shall be <br />deemed the act of the permittee as well and the permittee shall be liable to all <br />penalties provided by this Code equally with the employee. <br /> <br />Section 44.
