<br />.e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Section 14. Section 4-72 is hereby amended to read: <br /> <br />Section 4-72. Persons ineligible. <br /> <br />(a) No license required by the provisions of this division shall be granted <br />to or held by any corporation. <br /> <br />(b) No license shall be granted to or held by any person: <br />(1) Under nineteen (19) twenty-one (21) years of age; <br /> <br />(2) Who is not of good moral character or repute; <br /> <br />(3) Who is aft not a United States citizen or a resident alien; <br /> <br />(4) Who is or has been convicted within five (5) years prior to the <br />application of such license of any willful violation of any law of the United <br />States or the State of Minnesota or of any local ordinance with regard to the <br />manufacture, sale, distribution, or possession for sale or distribution of <br />intoxicating liquor, nor to any person whole license has been revoked for any <br />willful violation of any such laws or ordinances. <br /> <br />(5) Who is a manufacturer or is interested directly or indirectly in <br />wholesale of intoxicating liquor or the ownership or operation of any such <br />business; but this shall not prevent the issuance of a license for leased <br />premises acquired by a manufacturer or wholesaler prior to November 1, <br />1933. <br /> <br />(6) Who is directly or indirectly interested in any other <br />establishment in the municipality to which a license of the same class has <br />been issued under this chapter. <br /> <br />Section 15. Section 4-73, paragraph (b) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 4-73. Places ineligible. <br /> <br />(b) No license shall be issued to any person in connection with the <br />premises of another to whom no license could be issued under the provisions of this <br />division; provided, that this provision shall not prevent the granting of a license to <br />a proper lessee by reason of the fact that he 3fialllea3e the leasing of the premises <br />of a minor, noncitizen, or a person who has been convicted of a crime other than a <br />violation of Minnesota Statutes 349.97 to 349.49 Chapter 340A. <br /> <br />Section 16. Section 4-82, paragraph (b) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 4-82.
