Sunday liquor sales. <br /> <br />(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of section 4-95, establishments to <br />which "on-sale" licenses have issued or hereafter may be issued for the sale of <br />intoxicating liquors which are hotels, motels, restaurants, or clubs which have <br />facilities for serving not less than fifty (50) guests at one time, may serve <br />intoxicating liquors between the hours of 12:99 Hoon 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight <br />on Sunday in conjunction with the serving of food. <br /> <br />Section 19. Section 4-103 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 4-103. Required. <br /> <br />No person except wholesalers or manufacturers to the extent authorized <br />under state license, and except the fftunicipal liquor d.ispel'l.sB.fY, shall directly or <br />indirectly deal in, sell or keep for sale any intoxicating liquor without first having <br />received a license to do so. <br /> <br />Section 20. Section 4-104 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 4-104. Classification. <br /> <br />Licenses required by the provisions of this division shall be tw6 three kinds: <br />"On-Salez." &ftd "On-Sale Cluboz." and "Off-Sale." - <br /> <br />(a) On-sale licenses shall be issued only to hotels and restaurants. <br /> <br />(b) On-sale club licenses shall be issued only to clubs. <br /> <br />Section 21.
