<br />. Section 27. Section 4-110 paragraph (5) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 4-110. Section 4-110 paragraph (6), subparagraph (c) is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 4-110. Applications. <br /> <br />(6) If the application is for an "on-sale club" license, the following <br />information: <br /> <br />(c) A sworn statement that the club has been in existence for <br />more than fifteen (15) years; or in the event that the applicant is a <br />congressionally chartered veterans organization, in existence for <br />more than ten (10) years prior to Jantlary 1, 1961. The statement <br />shall be made by a person who has personal knowledge of the facts <br />stated therein. In the event that no person can make such a <br />statement, satisfactory documentary proof may be submitted in <br />support of such facts. <br /> <br />Section 29. Section 4-110 paragraph (14) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Sec. 4-110. Application. <br /> <br />(14) Whenever the application for an "on-sale" or an "off-sale" license to <br />sell intoxicating liquor, or for a transfer thereof, is for premises either <br />planned or under construction or undergoing substantial alteration, the <br />application shall be accompanied by a set of preliminary plans showing the <br />design of the pl'oposed premises to be licensed. If the plans or design are on <br />file with the building inspector, no plans need be filed with the city clerk. <br /> <br />Section 30. Section 4-111 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 4-111. Premises requirements. <br /> <br />(a) No "on-sale" or "off-sale" liquor license shall be issued to, renewed or <br />transferred to any premises which does not comply with the building code of <br />the city, or which is in violation of any state or local laws. <br /> <br />(b) For the protection of the health, safety and general welfare of the <br />public, the city council may impose as a condition to the granting of ftft any <br />"on-sale" or "off-sale" liquor license, structural and site improvement <br />requirements in addition to the requirements of state law and this code. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />8 <br />
