<br />, <br />" , <br /> <br />Owner: A person, firm, corporation, or other partnership or organization <br />who alone, jointly, or severally with others shall be in ownership of, and <br />have charge, care or control of, any premises or business with within the <br />municipality! as owner, employee or agent of the owner, or as trustee or <br />guardian of the estate or person of the title holder. <br /> <br />Premises: Any single or multiple residential dwelling, mobile home, <br />commercial or industrial building, club, church, school, or other structure <br />including all the lands thereof, and any and all parcels of land void of <br />without structures of any kind. <br /> <br />Public Place: Any and all streets, sidewalks, boulevards, alleys, parks, <br />public buildings, and other public ways. <br /> <br />Recyclables: Materials which may be recycled or reused throup;h recyclin~ <br />processes, includin~ metal bevera~e containers, glass, newsprint, and any <br />other materials desit:tnated as recyclables by Council resolution. <br /> <br />Refuse: Ashes, non-recyclable ~lass, metal, plastic, wooden waste, clothing, <br />crockery, cans, paper, boxes, ra~s and similar non-putrescible materials. <br /> <br />Residence: Any sinlitle building consisting of one or two dwellinlit units with <br />individual kitchen facilities for each. <br /> <br />Rubbish: All noft ptltre3eible waste materials from dome3tic, commeN:ial, <br />or indtl3trial 30l:lrees. All refuse, recyclables, and yard waste other than <br />composted yard waste. <br /> <br />Special Pick-up: Any collection of materials other than garbage, refuse, <br />recyclables or yard waste, including white f;toods, furniture, oversized <br />materials and construction debris. <br /> <br />Transfer Station: A facility where the solid waste transported by one <br />vehicle is placed into another vehicle before being hauled to a disposal site. <br /> <br />Yard Waste: Organic materials such as leaves, grass clippings, organic <br />garden waste, or similar materials. <br /> <br />Section 2. Code Section 11-2 is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 11-2. Accumulation, disposal generally. <br /> <br />Every person of any premise shall dispose of garbage and rubbish as <br />provided in this chapter.
