A member shall <br />respond to a minimum of thirty (30) percent of all fire and <br />emergency calls received during such members duty period in <br />one (1) quarter. The thirty (30) percent requirement shall <br />be exclusive of leaves of absence, sickness, disability, <br />vacation or other excused absences. Member's shall notify the Chief(s) if they <br />will be unable to respond to fires or drills for a period of <br />ten (10) da~Js or more. <br /> <br />Subd. 8. A Member shall apply for a medical leave of <br />abSence no more than ten days (10) after an injury or <br />illness which makes Him/Her unable to perform firefighting <br />duties. <br /> <br />SECTION 9-64 <br /> <br />Officer Qualifications. <br /> <br />Subd. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Minimum Years of Service. <br /> <br />A.
