<br />~"" <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />''': <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />,.~ <br /> <br />That Section 20-24, Fees, is hereby amended to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Fees for licenses required by the provisions of <br />this article shall be set by resolution. <br /> <br />The city Council may waive fee requirements in the <br />case of charitable solicitations by motion. <br /> <br />That Section 23-50, False Alarm Response Fee, is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />The City shall have the power to collect such fee <br />by whatever means necessary including the issuance <br />of ordinance violation summons for failure to comply <br />with the requirements of this ordinance within <br />twenty (20) working days of receiving notice of <br />payment due. The person responsible for the payment <br />of such fee is the person to be cited. A petty <br />misdemeanor. <br /> <br />That Section 29-30, Impoundment, is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />e) Any vehicle towed or impounded by or under the <br />direction of the pOlice department shall be <br />assessed a towed vehicle or impounded vehicle <br />surcharge payable to the city at the time of <br />vehicle release and collected by the towing or <br />impounding agent. <br /> <br />f) The fee shall be determined by city Council <br />reslution. <br /> <br />SectiohII. That Section 29-8, Escorts, is hereby adopted as <br />follows: <br /> <br />a) No person, company, organization, or similar <br />group shall conduct, hold, sponsor, perform, or <br />in any way undertake any parade, run, procession <br />or other activity upon pulbic streets, alleys, <br />or thoroughfares which reasonably may be expected <br />to disrupt or suspend normal traffic control <br />and/or traffic flow within the city without first <br />obtaining a permit to do so from the city and a <br />city escort therefore.
